One of the towns refers to an outer and isolated place in one of the towns of
Galilee probably (By Applying the principle of context, Geographical, and Social Background). The Leper man already knew and had faith that Jesus could heal his disease but he wants it only if Jesus wills it. A
word study: Leprosy, Greek-le/pra(Lepra) which means not only leprosy but different skin diseases. (By Applying the principle of the meaning) V13) The
Lepers were considered unclean to be touched according to law. But Jesus had compassion on him; he touched him and cleansed him. Jesus’s Compassion super passed the ceremonies. (By

Jesus was particular about his vision and Mission, so he told him not to tell anyone. Also, Jesus doesn’t come to break the law but to fulfill it that’s why

The Leper had spread the news disobeying Jesus. (Mark 1:40-45) and as a
result, a large number of the crowd wanted him for their comfort. (By Applying the principle of context) V16)
Jesus didn’t come only to heal and comfort people but also to fulfill his
Father’s purpose. He went out to a lonely place and prayed very often to be thoughtful and reside in it. |

will ask my needs/desires in according to the will of God. V13) Compassion
