WITH BIBLE STUDY
Introduction
Lack of the right values, purpose, and proper role
models in the society had lead many youth and families into illusions that
temporarily gratify them but end in a much directionless and meaningless life.
Youth Fellowships and Family Fellowships shall help to know God and the purpose
of life in God, nurturing to be salt and light for impacting the society by
righty understanding the Bible and doing what is right.
Fellowships
The people who had known Christ and who were
concerned about introducing Christ and Godly values in the lives of people who
are in need, shall do it through the biblical principles by weekly meetings and
personal mentoring.
Fellowships shall support in the Career by
supporting and guiding the participants in their passion through the various
professionals who are part of it. There is a scope and support for the
participants to become leaders and encourage themselves to conduct activities
for their co-participants according to their needs.
Personal
and Group Bible Study
Beautiful, Best and Believable Book forever is
'BIBLE'. It’s a Big and Bountiful manual for everyone from Majesty as a manual
for the machine from Manufacturer. It's because Man's Mind always Muddle and Fiddle
but BIBLE always manifest all Folding’s.
Personal Bible Study helps us to avoid Major
Misinterpretations. We shall understand that the interpretation of the Bible does
not merely depend on experts or even authoritative interpreters once we
start interpreting it rightly by ourselves. Personal Bible Study will help
us to understand the bible ourselves and grow in maturity as that of the Lord
Jesus Christ. We understand that “All Scripture is breathed out by
God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for
training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16”
God speaks to people throughout the history of
generations, from Adam to the people of our present world. Though God
spoke, speaks, and could speak through many ways such as Nature/ Creation,
Voice, Vision, Situation, People, and other incomprehensible ways, God speaks
primarily through the Scriptures. The Bible is our authority in all matters of
faith and conduct, and God who had spelled the things through the Bible is
unchanging forever. The perspective of every one of us differs based on our own
exposure and background, so there is a great possibility of being misled and
misinterpretation when we fail to acknowledge the different things with a passion
for God and God’s Word. Studying the Best Book personally as well as together
in small groups very carefully without prejudices enhances our understanding
of God’s word, widens our perspective about God and different things, provides
a joyful and transformational life, and makes us useful to others defining our
purposes in God.
Way of
Working
Youth and Family Fellowships shall be started with
the weekly or two weeks once bible study in a home /church for a street/ area/
village after finalizing the day, timing, and place that is convenient to
everyone who is existent. It could be started with even 2 youth/ families and
efforts shall be put to add more members by casual relationships with everyone
in the locality.
All the youth above 15 years shall participate in
the Youth Fellowships. The believers who are married and the
unmarried individuals above 35 years shall participate in the Family
Fellowships. Every believing member in the group shall take turns one week
after another to lead the Fellowship with Group Bible Study.
An Introductory meeting for an hour
shall be conducted to the believers to introduce about observing Quiet time (Resource

with Bible Study.
A Personal and Group Bible Study Workshop shall be
conducted to help the believers to lead the Bible Study. It would help to
understand about the Bible and the importance of it. It would also know the things
to consider while understanding the bible in order to rightly apply and how to
study in groups effectively. The workshop shall preliminarily take 7 hours and
further learning is possible continually.

Extension
of Works
Two or more Youth and Family Fellowships that are associated
with one another shall plan for some special gathering / Conference / Bible quiz
competition rarely, yearly once. Youth and Family Fellowships in a Cluster of
villages or areas shall meet together at least 3 months once to have a time of get-together.
Networking with the other Bible-centered
Organizations or Fellowships who have specific target participants like
students, professionals shall be done for those people in the fellowship to get
more benefited.
Conclusion
In most of the places the Youth and Family
fellowships are initiated but not regular/ not growing as it is completely
dependent on the person who leads it. When every believer in the Fellowship
takes leadership and shares their thoughts by understanding the bible aright,
then there would be greater learning and regularity and gradually there would
be a cascading effect. Every believer would be able to teach the unbelievers
who are associated with them. Gradually, the teachings that are contrary to the Bible, can be eliminated. The binding and unity between the people increases
and many good works can be done by maximum utilization of resources.
